A spacious, functional factory building located in Koregaon Bhima, near Pune. This RCC structure, with steel roof framing, offers durability and efficiency. The project also features a precision-engineered ground slab with an accuracy of less than 5mm, ensuring high-quality construction standards for industrial use.

VULCAN TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD

Vulcan Technologies Pvt. Ltd., a leader in mechanical power transmission, has been our client since 2007. Over 16 years, we’ve completed four phases of construction at their industrial campus in Pirangut, delivering more than 50,000 sqft of high-quality manufacturing and office space. The project features a blend of RCC and Pre-Engineered (PEB) structures, ensuring durability and flexibility. A key highlight is the 35,000 sqft FM2 grade ground slab, constructed with precision for superior flatness, meeting the highest industrial standards. As the primary contractor, we managed large-scale projects and delivered exceptional results, reinforcing Vulcan’s operational capacity. This long-term partnership reflects our expertise in industrial construction.

127 MLD STP near Naidu Hospital

This ongoing project involves the construction of a 127 MLD (Million Litres Daily) Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) near Naidu Hospital, Pune. Currently, this is the largest STP in the city. The project includes the construction of a 150m x 100m rectangular Sequence Batch Reactor (SBR) structure, a 12-meter deep Raw Sewage Pumping Station (RSPS), and 32-meter diameter primary clarifiers, alongside various auxiliary structures. Our site is fully established with top-notch facilities, including three cranes strategically positioned to optimize construction efficiency. We also have an on-site Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) plant to ensure a continuous and reliable supply of concrete. A dedicated on-site construction laboratory allows us to monitor quality control rigorously. Additionally, the site is equipped with transit mixers and a boom placer to streamline the concrete pouring process. High-level safety measures are in place across the entire site. These include the deployment of safety gear for all personnel, secured scaffolding, and real-time monitoring of construction activities, ensuring that safety standards are consistently met. The overall setup and resources enable us to execute large-scale civil construction projects efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards.

500 MLD Water Treatment Plant

The largest water treatment facility in Pune, this 500 MLD Water Treatment Plant serves as a critical infrastructure project for the city. Our scope includes essential structures such as staff quarters, a filter annex building, a pump house, a sub-station, a centrifuge building, an administrative building, and a chemical building. This project plays a key role in ensuring safe and reliable water supply for Pune’s growing population.

90 MLD STP in Bengaluru

We were responsible for constructing the 50-meter diameter and 7-meter high RCC secondary clarifier as part of the 90 MLD STP in Bengaluru. This crucial structure was built to ensure efficient wastewater treatment, showcasing our expertise in large-scale RCC projects.

The project features a lotus-shaped overhead water tank, symbolizing the name of the society, "Sai Kamal Society." This unique water tank design was an integral part of the society’s construction.

We designed and constructed a modern, high-end swimming pool for the prestigious Panchshil Recreation Club in Pune. Premier Plaza

Originally known as Premier Plaza and now home to Carnival Cinemas, this project is a major landmark in Chinchwad, Pune. The development includes a state-of-the-art 4-screen multiplex, designed to cater to the growing demand for modern entertainment venues in the area.

Watch Tower and Ghat at Sahara Amby Valley

We proudly constructed one of the most iconic landmarks in Amby Valley—the Watch Tower and surrounding ghat area. We constructed key institutional facilities for the Sanjay Ghodawat Institute, a leading educational campus in Kolhapur. The project includes the engineering and administrative buildings, a food court, and hotel facilities. Each structure blends modern design with functionality, creating a visually striking and efficient campus.
